Reggie Chua Singh manages the international division of QBS Learning. Reggie’s background in operations, human resources, and global talent acquisition has helped QBS build an extensive network of contract writers, editors, and other publishing professionals, allowing QBS to quickly ramp up and staff new projects. Reggie has worked and lived in Singapore, Hong Kong, Philippines, India, and the United States. Her international outlook and understanding of different cultures have proven to be an asset when dealing with QBS’s global client base. Prior to her role at QBS Learning, Reggie worked for Russell Reynolds Associates, a leading executive search firm. Reggie is fluent in English, Tagalog, and Mandarin.
